What is the difference between the relief fund and a Minijob?
The relief fund (131€/month) is reimbursed by your care insurance — the helper needs a training certificate. With a Minijob (up to 603€/month) you sign an employment contract. pflege-orga creates both documents automatically.
Can I use the relief fund and a Minijob at the same time?
Yes, but not with the same person. You can employ one helper on a Minijob basis and another through the relief fund.
What documents does pflege-orga create?
We automatically create the employment contract (for Minijob in a private household) and the household employment form (Minijob-Zentrale form) — pre-filled with your data.
Is pflege-orga GDPR-compliant?
Yes. All data is stored on servers in Frankfurt (AWS eu-central-1) and processed in accordance with the GDPR.
What languages is pflege-orga available in?
